Welcome to your Pocatello home base! This charming basement apartment, a short distance from historic Main Street and ISU, puts you in the heart of the action. Enjoy easy access to local restaurants and entertainment. The apartment, built in 1935, offers a unique blend of historic character and modern comfort, with updated mid-century furniture and comfortable bedding.



The Space:

This apartment offers a comfortable living space with a well-defined layout. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and two private bedrooms. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may occasionally hear some noise from the apartment above.



Guest Access:

Enjoy private access to the apartment, and the backyard is available for your use. Parking is provided in the alleyway behind the home. Please note that the upstairs is for other guests, and the basement is not accessible to them. Cleaners may access the staircase. The basement does not have its own heating and air conditioning, but I can easily adjust the settings to suit your needs. Fans and space heaters available if needed.

Cute little area

Very cute little area with super comfy bed. It was a little chilly since it was the dead of winter, but the space heater helped. We really enjoyed our stay!
