My wife had a medical emergency the day before check in so we canceled I notified hotels.com. The hotel , Choctaw casino pocolo Oklahoma will not issue a refund Rules are rules I guess. Meanwhile , we are awaiting surgery at Mwc hospital to remove kidney stone
