Fees include:
● $20 per vehicle (gate pass)
● Per guest (age 6+):
○ $2/day (off-season)
○ $8.50/day (summer season)

Overall, good stay. The house was clean and as pictured. Easy to find and a cute area. Only downside is that we booked the stay to enjoy the hot tub on the property and it was poorly maintained, the water was dirty and smelled bad and the level was low. If you’re coming here for the hot tub in the winter, you might want to check that it’s in good shape still. Everything else was simple and great.

Unexpected Fees….Frequently book VRBOs but never had fees added that were not part of the original/ agreed upon bill. I’ve stayed in a gated community like this one and the fee for entry was included with cost of booking. Never had to make 2 payments, 1 for the unit and then another for entry.
