Getting Around:

A car is required to get around the area. Ride-share services are limited, especially during peak seasons. Parking is provided onsite.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25

HOA fees applicable for the following:

Rental Fees- $35

Missing Wristbands Penalty - $25.00 per piece

Fishing- $10 fish restocking fee per angler (PA Fishing License Required)



PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 4 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $250.00. Please send an inquiry for more details.

-No smoking inside or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine.

--Failure to submit your HOA registration on time may result to HOA fines ranging around $250.00 to $500.00 on top of the late fee.

This will take effect if HOA send us a violation notice with the fines.
