Intended to provide time and space for the simple pleasures of life. Is it a picnic on the beach or watching the stars at the fire pit with friends? Perhaps it's preparing a special meal or birdwatching from the back porch. Could it be a day hike or swimming at the pool or lake? It's up to you, you are invited. This newly renovated house for 8 (max) offers central AC, electric heat, a beautiful, large, indoor fireplace, a full-size kitchen with new Samsung appliances, two large porches, and Chargepoint electric vehicle charging station! The back porch is covered with spectacular views of the forest and path to the lake beach. The back porch itself is furnished with beautiful wicker seating and outside table. Each floor has been designed for utmost comfort and privacy with a full bathroom and bedroom on each floor. Each bedroom is equipped with an option of blackout shades and/or rattan blinds. The family friendly upper floor offers a sunny bedroom with full-size bed, twin bed, and crib. The nearby flex space serves as a play area or additional sleep space with a "Koala" sofa that easily pulls out to a queen-size bed. There is a child-proof gate at the top of the stairs. The main floor has its own hallway and full bathroom right off the kitchen. This bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet. The lower floor has a family room equipped with game table (air hockey, pool, ping pong), washer/dryer, a top-of-the-line Love Sac sectional and wall-mounted TV. There are sliders this level leading out to the fire pit area, grill, firewood, and private path to the beach. The bedroom has its own private hallway and bathroom with closet and queen-sized bed. All of the bedroom beds have very comfy and brand-new 10" Cocoon-brand gel mattresses. We offer a linen service for those who do not want to bring their own linens and towels.
