During the summer months, wristbands can be purchased for just $5 per person per day, so guests can enjoy sunbathing on the sandy shores of our swimming beach on Summit Lake, just a 10-minute walk down the street.
This community houses a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residents, so we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am.

We’re so excited to welcome you to our home in the serene Still Water Lakes community! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.
We’re glad to offer a bunk bed as part of your stay, but please note that it’s intended for use at your own risk. For safety, we encourage extra care, especially with younger guests, and recommend following any posted guidelines for safe bunk bed use. By choosing to use the bunk bed, guests agree to waive liability and hold both the Owner and Manager harmless from any injuries or accidents related to its use. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and comfortable!
