Stillwater Lake is just a short walk from the home. Guests are welcome to swim, relax on the beach, or fish (PA fishing license required for ages 16+).
Please note: No lifeguards are on duty—swim at your own risk.

Registered guests may enjoy SLCA amenities including the seasonal swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and more.

🏖️ Amenity Access & Requirements
✔ Guest Registration – All guests must be registered with SLCA at least 7 days prior to check-in. We'll coordinate the process for you.
✔ Amenity Badges – Required for use of any SLCA facilities. Pick them up at the SLCA office upon arrival.
✔ Badge Use – Each guest must wear their amenity badge when using the pool, beach, courts, or other facilities.
✔ Pool Fee – SLCA charges $5 per person for use of the seasonal pool. No outside food or drinks allowed in the pool area.
✔ Beach, Tennis & Lake Access – Included with your stay, but badges are still required.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No Fireworks, ATVs, or Fires at the Beach
• Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after
• Trash must be bagged and placed in containers—no outside trash
• Parking is allowed only in the driveway (no street parking)
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all, please follow these key rules from the Stillwater Lakes Civic Association (SLCA):

✅ Guest Registration Required – All guests must be registered prior to arrival (we’ll assist you)
✅ Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — strictly enforced by SLCA
✅ Trash Disposal – Use proper bins only; never leave garbage outside
✅ Parking – Park only in the driveway or designated spaces (no street parking)
✅ No ATVs, Fireworks, or Fires at Beach
✅ No Parties or Large Gatherings – Respect our peaceful neighborhood
✅ Lake & Beach Access – Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard)
✅ Community Amenities – Registered guests only may use recreation areas

🏊 SLCA Pool Rules:

✔ Pool use requires a $5 fee per person
✔ All guests must wear SLCA badges while using the pool or community areas
✔ Badges and pool passes are issued at the SLCA office

Violations may result in a $250 fine per incident per HOA policy, so please help us keep the community clean, quiet, and enjoyable for all.

🚗 Best Way to Travel: A car is highly recommended for getting around, as public transportation is limited in the area.

🅿️ Parking: Free parking is available at the property for 4 vehicles.
