Excellent hotel. Quick check in, friendly and helpful staff. Apartment with front view, clean towels and bed linen, we just missed a quilt over the sheets. Good breakfast.

Hotel Villa Fiori é um hotel com uma infraestrutura muito boa, no momento do check in e ida até o quarto tivemos um problema que foi parcialmente resolvido, tudo por culpa da equipe do hotel que parece não ter acesso as vendas pelos navegadores, no meu caso: (a excelente hotel.com ) então tivemos que trocar de quarto e fazer ajustes. Pude observar nos 3 dias que fiquei aqui, que outros hóspedes tiveram os mesmo problemas. Sobre o quanto( peguei o de varanda) ele é muito bom, grande, limpo, designer moderno, tem TV (Não é smartv), mesa de trabalho, armário, cofre, frigobar, poltrona e ar condicionado, na varanda uma mesa de vidro e duas cadeiras, o banheiro e grande limpo, moderno, com secador e tudo para um excelente banho. O hotel está bem localizado, Endereço: Praça Dom Pedro II, Poços de Caldas, MG, 37701035. Bem no centro comercial de Poços de Caldas, próximo de restaurantes, cafeterias, farmácias e demais lojas do comércio local. O estacionamento é pago e tem seus problemas (o mais caro que já paguei). O restaurante do hotel e muito bom café da manhã é bom com uma boa variedade de alimentos.

Causou descontentamento não ter sido incluso na diária o valor do estacionamento . Sem aviso prévio que seria cobrado diariamente como extra . Acredito que caso este acréscimo ocorresse na diária na modalidade completa fosse mais acolhedor. Uma sugestão para que houvesse sensações de benefícios ao hospede !
