O hotel está em reforma, mas não é esse o problema, o frigobar não funcionava, não tinha toalha suficiente no meu quarto, tive de pedir na recepção, a tv não pegava quase nenhum canal, mas o pior, na descrição diz que o hotel tem estacionamento disponível, eles não têm! tem uma tercerizada que fica bem longe do hotel que fornece o serviço por 40,00 a diária (a funcionária da recepção disse que seria uns 15,00), não tem nem como parar na rua, não há lugar na frente do hotel, para mim isso é venda casada: a gente paga a nossa estadia e a do carro! quando li que teria estacionamento disponível eu já sabia que haveria cobrança, mas não pensei que o estacionamento ficaria tão longe do hotel, que seria de uma tecerizada e que seria tão caro!!!!!!

O cardapio do café da manha é variado com funcionarios preststivos. Alguns problemas: quarto sem um edredon ou manta leve; cama sem estabilidade; sem espelho de corpo inteiro; sem lixeira no quarto; telefone sem comunicacao com a portaria; sem servico de atendimento no quarto (agua, suco, etc.); tomada do banheiro sem funcionar; estacionamento fora do hotel (terceirizado). Foi muito bom, tivemos um pequeno desconforto com o colchao que foi solucionado pela querida Rose a gerente do hotel.. os funcionários 99/% muito solicitos... tambem o cafe da manha bom... poderia ser melhor, se produzido no local.. deixou a desejar!! Por ser mg. Sonhei em encontrar um pao de queijo com caractristicas da regiao, o que nao aconteceu...( ruim)

Gostei do atendimento. Tive um problema com a acomodação que foi prontamente resolvido. Entretanto gostaria de sugerir que instalassem no banheiro um suporte para shampoo e corrigissem a fixação da saboneteira. A ducha é um ponto forte do banheiro.
