Foram dias muito especiais! Saímos com vontade de em breve voltar para conhecer a piscina de ondas! Ficamos em um quarto super novo, e a limpeza sempre foi ponto alto, impecável! Todas as equipes estão de parabéns, mas destaco na recreação os tios Leite, Pluto, Bob como maravilhosos, que proporcionaram momentos muito divertidos (sobretudo o bingo Monrealle, uma atração super aguardada por nos). A alimentação também é ponto alto e deixo aqui o destaque para o Chef Leandro que nos proporcionou um jantar com peixes deliciosos em um dos dias, além do almoço mineiro que estava incrível. Nas refeições temos suco natural, refrigerantes e água com gás a vontade (ficamos na água com gás e limão que amamos!). Por todo o hotel temos disponível frutas, café, água saborizada e sorvete (cortesia). São dois restaurantes e um deles fica aberto praticamente o dia todo. As piscinas são maravilhosas, temperatura agradável (mesmo com mais frio e nuvens, a diversão é certa). Tivemos aulas excelentes de hidroginástica com o Prof Jacaré que ajudou a manter a forma nos dias de muita comilança. O hotel tem uma estrutura de entretenimento para todas as idades, desde parquinhos indoor, outdoor, pista de bicicleta (com bicicletas a vontade, incluídas na diária) e uma área de mini golf que nos proporcionou uma excelente experiência. As quadras de beach tennis, tennis, society são muito conservadas e ótimas, com equipamento disponível durante todo o dia! Tudo perfeito! Parabéns Monrealle ❤️👏

Queria elogiar toda a equipe do hotel. Todos foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. A comida é de excelente qualidade também. Todas as refeições maravilhosas. O check in foi bem lento. Fincionários confusos e desinformados. A comida é muito boa. O bloco 3 é o novo. Fiquei mel. É lindo, espaçoso e cama excelente, porém fica muito longe de tudo! A acústica dos quartos é péssima. Dá para ouvir tudo o que acontece no quarto ao lado, inclusive não dormi bem em uma noite devido ao choro de uma criança que parecia estar no meu quarto. A mesma família acordava cedo todos os dias e eram muito barulhentos. Eu ouvia tudo!

Estivermos pela segunda vez no hotel. A estrutura melhorou muito com novas piscinas Aqua Park novo. Muita programação para crianças diversos itens de lazer , alimentação também estava nota 10 com diversos itens , bem variados e tempero também agradava muito . parabéns continuem melhorando.
