This hotel tried to have me pay double rate

Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

You can find a better hotel for the money..

The hotel is very old and needs a lot of improvements. The bathroom is very old and the way the shower is set up the whole bathroom fills with water every time you shower. There is nothing in the bathrooms like soap, blowdryer, shampoo or simple things you will find anywhere else. The food is very mediocre and the cereal was steal and old. YOU will NOT sleep on the weekends due to the club and bars right across the street, the music is so loud that the windows in the room were vibrating and making a crazy noise the whole entire night and at approx. 3am when the music got better people started to scream and party in the middle of the street making it impossible for me and my family to sleep. Also, you will hear everything going on on the next rooms and hallway. Definitaly, one of the worse hotels i've stayed so far. Spend a little more money and stay on a better hotel!!

O primeiro quarto que peguei está sem condições de ficar, mofo em alguns lugares, sem energia, informei na recepção e me trocaram de quarto, a noite fui pedir uma coberta devido ao frio na cidadã e me falaram que não tinha mais coberta pois o hotel estava cheio e não possuem coberta para todos os hóspedes, o chuveiro não esquenta muito, informei na recepção mas não resolveram. O café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso, a única parte da estadia que valeu a pena. O hotel está precisando de reformas, mesmo na parte que eles falam que foi reformado recentemente.

Nosso quarto tinha cortinas rasgadas Depois de bastante tempo que falamos nos colocaram em outro quarto, este com lençóis menores que os colchões ( o anterior tbm era assim) ou seja, eu sabia que dormiria e o lençol deixaria o colchão descoberto o que é totalmente anti higiênico, e foi o que aconteceu, uma noite horrível tentando cobrir o colchão para não dormirmos sobre ele! Na noite que chegamos, fomos tomar banho, não havia água quente, depois de um dia de viagem tivemos que tomar banho frio, hoje de manhã também não havia água quente! Ou seja, tudo inaceitável sendo que a tarifa de R$ 653,00 equivale a 100,00 Euros e com este valor dormimos em hotéis perfeitos na Europa, e além de tudo, elevadores eram insuficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes! O pior de tudo foi que ao voltarmos do jantar nosso quarto estava muito quente por causa do ar condicionado ( já estava ligado quando entramos no quarto) fomos usar o controle remoto e este não respondia, mas o controle estava ligado, problema não se resolvia, liguei do meu celular para a recepção para pedir que ajudassem, o recepcionista nos orientou para irmos na varanda do quarto e desligar o disjuntor ( UM PERIGO DE TOMARMOS UM CHOQUE!!!) ou seja, uma estadia desoladora de tão desconfortável e cheia de problemas! Banheiro deixa muito a desejar em questão de limpeza, pelo menos ser limpo com cloro para não ter cantos cheios de mofo no box de banho! Estamos extremamente insatisfeitos! A estadia foi muito boa. O check in que estava mto lotado, mas tinham bastante fundiários o fazendo. O café da manhã parecia uma fila de restaurante popular tanta gente que tinha hospedado, embora o hotel fizesse um controle, por meio de pulseiras coloridas, os hóspedes não respeitavam, o que causava um tumulto imenso no meu horário das refeições. O elevador também deixa a desejar, mas estavam providenciando um outro, pois o hotel só tinha dois. No fim deu tudo certo, mas no começo
