Luxury villa La Perla with heated pool
This beautiful villa is located near the town of Imotski, situated on a private plot of approx. 16,000 m2, which offers a peaceful environment with maximum privacy. The villa consists of 2 luxuriously equipped buildings and a garage for 2 cars. On the ground floor of the main building there is a modern spacious kitchen, a dining room with a table for 10 people, a living room and a bathroom. On the floor of the main building there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a large corner bathtub and a washing machine. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has quality shutters that protect against the afternoon sun. Each room has a TV with satellite connection and a large selection of programs. The auxiliary facility is located next to the villa itself and is used for all-day socializing. A large grill and TV allow you to enjoy a variety of culinary specialties and your favorite shows or sports channels. Large sliding glass doors open a view of the pool, while an additional room offers the possibility of entertainment such as - table football, darts, gym or billiards. The pool consists of two parts, for children and adults. The smaller pool has a depth of 40 cm and flows into a large pool measuring 10x5m. Both pools are heated, so the pool temperature is comfortable at any time of the season. The large sunbathing area around the pool with 8 deckchairs offers enough space for all guests who want to enjoy the sun. The surroundings of the house are almost completely surrounded by stone walls and are beautifully decorated and provide the opportunity for various sports activities. Under the oak trees in the shade, you have at your disposal table tennis, mini goals for soccer, badminton and a large bocce court. Children can enjoy the wooden house with a slide and swings, and a large trampoline. The sea with sun-bathed sandy and pebble beaches is only 25 minutes away by car.
