Cottage Lunigiana is located in the green hills of Lunigiana, a small piece of land marking the border between Tuscany and Liguria, about an hour away from Pisa and Lucca, 40 minutes from Versilia and Forte dei Marmi and 30 minutes from Cinque Terre.
Cottage Lunigiana is an exclusive holiday home that surprises with its breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, the privacy of the swimming pool area (heated, 9x4.5m, depth from 80cm to 2m) and the Jacuzzi, and the tidy indoor and outdoor spaces.
The outdoor area offers a barbecue area with a veranda, table and chairs for dining al fresco.
The property has covered parking for 2 cars. WI-FI included.
The house is perfect for families with children of all ages, but also for groups of families or friends who wish to spend a relaxing holiday.
The owners offer a 3-hour tour on their sailing boat (except in August), which can also be hired for other private tours (The offer is only valid if weather and safety conditions permit).
