Mauvaise expérience

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans l’appartement lucia. La communication avec notre hote a été très compliqué. Il ne parlait pas anglais. Nous avons du attendre 30minutes pour qu’il nous attribue une chambre. J’avais payé sur le site hotel.com et il m’a dit que la chambre n’etait pas payé. Très decevant… la clim n’etait ps assez puissante pour l’appartement il faisait très chaud.
