The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Podstrana, near the beach.

You can enjoy a wonderful view over the area and the sea from the terrace with garden furniture. Behind the house there is a garden with plants and flowers, as well as a barbecue for house guests. Parking spaces are also available.

The apartment spreads over the ground and first floor. It has a living space of 100m² and can accommodate up to eight persons.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two of which are air conditioned): one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third bedroom has a foldable sofa bed for two persons. On the ground floor, the living room also has a sofa bed for two people. The living and dining room is air conditioned and provides seating, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The two bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine and wireless Internet access are also available.

The beach is just 800 metres away. Public transport runs every 20 minutes. You can enjoy a range of outdoor activities, such as jogging on the beach, cycling, walking, birdwatching. Tennis courts and golf courses are also available in Stobrec, a five-minute drive away. Other coastal towns such as Omis, Makarska, Trogir and Primosten are not far away. Split is ten kilometres away and from here you can visit the nearby islands of Hvar or Brac by boat or ferry. It is also recommended to go on a day trip to Dubrovnik or Medjugorje.
