Luxury Villa Cosmopolitan with Pool offers plenty of space to spend time outside. Moreover, it offers lots of indoors space and many amenities, which is perfect when the weather is not the best or when you are out of summer season. Here you have at your disposal 450 square meters of the living space. The total plot is 1600 square meters.
The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, connected to the living room and the dining area. The kitchen has all appliances, including an ice maker and coffee maker.
It opens to the outdoor terrace with a large outdoor pool. The outdoor pool comes with a heating option available and has more than 50square meters of surface. Around the pool you will also find the lounge area for relaxing hours in the sun or in the shade.
There is a basketball court as well as goals for small-sided soccer and table tennis tables outdoors.
Summer kitchen and alfresco dining set allows you to spend and enjoy the warm summer evenings outdoors in the company of your family or a group of friends. An electric barbecue and wood-burning barbecue are available.
The indoor pool is on the ground floor. It comes with a heating option. It is perfect to relax on rainy and colder days. Next to the indoor pool there is also a fitness room. So, you can stay fit even on vacation and do a training session in bad weather. There is also a sauna at your disposal.
There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in each. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. They are oriented so that they look directly onto the sea. One of the bedrooms has two single beds. The other three bedrooms feature large king size beds. Baby cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.
Pets are welcome on request. This means, the prior notice about bringing pet must be announced and the pet fee will be confirmed upon request.
On request, events such as smaller weddings or other celebrations are possible to organize at the villa. Event fee may apply.
There are five parking spaces available, two of which are in the garage.
