Private: property 400 m2, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Jun. - 16.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (34 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. 50 m long narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
