Casa Anita is a traditionally and comfortably furnished country house offering space for up to 4 people with two bedrooms and one bathroom and a shared swimming pool (6x10).

It is located in the heart of the Chianti region and trekking and mountain biking routes can be undertaken from the hamlet, the area is very popular with cyclists.

Casa Anita offers a breathtaking view of the vineyards of the neighbouring farms. This house is located in an ancient hamlet that dates back to 1200. It has an independent entrance and a large private patio furnished for dining al fresco or reading a book while sunbathing. The large swimming pool is in common use with the other guests of the hamlet and so is the tennis court. The Granaio is the starting point of the registered hiking and mountain biking trails that lead to San Donato.

The highlight of the house is the outdoor area, where you can cool off on hot summer days or simply relax in the sun. Enjoy the evening on the outdoor terrace with a good glass of wine and let the day end in a relaxed way.

Excursions to Siena, San Gimignano or Florence are also possible. Possibility of wine testing 2 km away.
