l'appartamento è ijn tipico stile toscano,ma è molto confortevole. forse manca un pò di tecnologia moderna come lavastoviglie o una tv un pò più recente con un divano più comodo...ma non siamo venuti qui per questo! la piscina fantastica ci ha permesso un completo relax e la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente città come Firenze, Siena e Pisa. immerso nelle colline toscane ci ha regalato tramonti favolosi. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile!

Toscana pur!

Wir waren von der Idylle, in der das Landhaus liegt, begeistert. Ein riesiger Garten mit Pinien, Zypressen und einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Swimmingpool und das Ganze inmitten einer toskanischen Hügellandschaft. Das Appartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die tollen Steinböden und Holzbalkendecken verleihen ein rustikales Flair. Der sehr nette Besitzer, der ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht, gab uns bei einer Weinprobe Einblick in den toskanischen Weinbau. Vielen Dank ...!

Wir waren 11 wunderschöne Tage...

Wir waren 11 wunderschöne Tage im "Giuggiolo". Wir wurden überaus herzlich und freundlich vom Besitzer (deutschsprachig) empfangen, der uns während der ganzen Zeit freundschaftluch betreute und für alle Fragen zur Seite stand.Er organisierte auch eine wirklich informative und stimmungsvolle Wein–Olivenöl–Käse–Verkostung in dem eigenen Weinkeller (alter Gewölbekeller), unbedingt empfehlenswert! Die Unterkunft war sauber, groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles funktionierte und hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sofort wie Zuhause fühlten. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen (sehr ruhig!) und konnten uns erholen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schöner (!!!) als auf den Bildern, Toskanaflair wie aus dem Bilderbuch.Schöner Pool mit Liegemöglichkeiten und tollem Blick vorhanden. Erwähnenswert ist der Ausblick: Giuggiolo liegt oben auf einem Hügel mit Panoramablick. Die Anlage ist komplett geschlossen und besitzt einen eigenen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände mit einem elektrischen Metalltor.Komfortdes 21.Jh gepaart mit dem Flair eines Herrenhauses aus dem 19.Jh.Wer Toskana sucht und Erholung mit Kunst– und Landschaftserlebnis verbinden möchte, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Reisetipps: Die Lage ist genial: direkte Nähe zu San Gimignano und Siena und Florenz über die Schnellstraße schnell zu erreichen. Die Landschaft auf den kleinen Nebenstraßen ist wunderschön und viele kleine besuchenswerte Orte mit vielen Restaurants liegen in direkter Nachbarschaft. Spazierengehen und Wandern ist möglich, da die Anlage nicht in der Nähe einer großen Straße liegt und rundherum Natur ist. Einkaufen ist im nahegelegenen Poggibonsi sehr gut möglich.Wir waren das erste Mal dort und es wird mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal sein. Die erwähnte Schotterstraße zur Anlage stellt überhaupt kein Problem dar, ganz im Gegenteil: sie unterstreicht das ländliche Flair der Umgebung perfekt und ist wirklich gut befahrbar. Wir wünschen dem Besitzer und seiner Familie für die Zukunft nur das Allerbeste und möchten uns für den gelungenen Urlaub, zu dem er maßgeblich beigetragen hat, sehr bedanken.

Wohnung schlicht, zu wenig Lampen insgesamt dunkel.Backofen,Mikrowelle,Kaffemaschine fehlen.Viele d.Programme im TV, Wohnungen sind sehr Unterschiedlich, im Haupthaus wohnend kann man nicht draußen frühstücken ohne lange Wege Whg.722–724 ist für 2 Pers.ok. Wasserkocher,Tee–und Kaffeekanne mitbringen. Von 1.April–1.Novwird nicht geheizt, es kann kühl werden. Pullover nicht vergessen. Sitzkissen für die eisernen Gartenstühle mitbringen. Schöner Park und Pool mit Liegestühlen. Sehr ruhig, sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück. Für Tierhaarallergiker nicht geeignet, da die Wohnungen oft mit mehreren Hunden belegt sind. Vor–und Nachsaison dürften die besten Zeiten sein.In der H.saison viel Trubel durch ital.Familien mit Kindern.Aussage des Vermieters. Reisetipps: Die Toskana als Landschaft und als Reiseziel für Kunstinteressierte ist ja allgemein bekanntDie bekannten Orte waren im Mai schon proppevoll, da offensichtlich viele Asiaten alte Steine sehen wollen. Als Autofahrer muß man die Ruhe bewahren wenn ital.verhinderte Rennfahrer an der Stoßstange kleben und vor riskanten Überholmanövern nicht zurückschrecken.Den Capuccino sollte man in stillen Seitenstraßen trinken wo er nur die Hälfte kostet. Straßen allgemein in wenig gutem Zustand. Wer hügelige Parklandschaft liebt, die sich durch ockergelbe Häuser auf Anhöhen,umgeben von Zypressen von ähnlichen bei uns unterscheidet wird die weite Anreise nicht scheuen.
