The home is located in the beachside community of Pōhara, one of Golden Bay’s most popular holiday destinations. The beautiful Pōhara Beach is only a short walk or drive away, offering safe swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and long walks along the golden sand. Nearby you’ll find the Pōhara Store, local cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to pick up supplies or enjoy a meal out. The township of Tākaka is just a short drive away and provides supermarkets, galleries, shops, and additional dining options. The property is also well positioned for exploring the wider region, including Tata Beach, Wainui Bay, and the Abel Tasman National Park.
