Step into this sun drenched modern retreat where a sleek quartz kitchen, Alexa powered smart tech and a cozy modern fireplace create the perfect blend of comfort and style. This two bedroom, one and a half bath home is filled with natural light and offers boutique style comforts throughout.

The airy open concept living space highlights designer finishes and thoughtful touches in every corner. Floor to ceiling windows brighten the home beautifully, while the private second floor balcony invites quiet mornings or golden hour views of the nearby Blue Water Bridge.

This home is in the perfect location for summertime. You are a four minute walk to Los Puntos Cantina which is a favourite spot for warm evenings. You are also only steps from Ice Cream Galore, the perfect stop after a summer stroll. Alberts Ice Creamery, a seasonal hotspot, is only six minutes away and ideal for a sunset treat by the river.

Please Note: This property is a semi detached home. Both units at Bridgeview Point can be rented together for larger groups or individually. If booked separately, the neighbouring unit may be occupied by other guests. You may occasionally cross paths outdoors so we ask that all guests remain courteous and respectful. Quiet hours must be observed. Any reports of harassment, threats or inappropriate behaviour toward other guests will be taken seriously and may result in immediate removal from the property.
