The main house features three bedrooms, including two queen rooms and a fun bunk room that sleeps five (three singles and one double). A separate private studio offers additional flexibility, complete with a queen bed, its own bathroom, and a sofa bed suitable for two children, making it ideal for extended families or guests seeking extra privacy.
Comfort is assured year-round with ducted gas heating, multiple split systems, and ceiling fans throughout. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, and linen provided for all beds except the sofa bed.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with a large lawn perfect for games and relaxing in the sun, plus a BBQ area designed for easy coastal entertaining. An outdoor shower and toilet provide added convenience after beach days, especially given the unbeatable location just steps from the sand.
Perfectly positioned, you’re within easy walking distance to the lighthouse, pier, surf club, cafés, wine bar, playground, and tennis courts. Queenscliff, Ocean Grove, and Geelong are all close by, with Adventure Park just a short drive away.
