You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Beach House - absolute water front, secure yard and all weather BBQ area
The property is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house that will be yours for the duration of the booking. It is 20 metres from our front door to the water's edge at high tide. At the rear is an enclosed, all weather entertaining area 15M x 6M. There is a lounge suite and outdoor dining setting. Additional chairs are dotted around. There is a Lego 4 seat activity table complete with blocks. 1 permanent esky, a large gas BBQ and 2 overhead fans. This area is essential if you are unlucky enough to stay when its blowing 30knots from the South! It is pet and child secure. Adjacent to this is a shaded outdoor area that is also pet/child secure.
Open plan living area shows 2 walls of glass front and rear to take full advantage of the ocean views to the front and to be in touch with people out back. This room houses the Kitchen, dining and lounge. There is a 48" flat screen TV in the lounge. Bedroom 1 with ensuite has walk in robes and full ocean views. Wake to the sound of gentle waves lapping onto the beach. Bed 2 also has full ocean views as well as full view of the Point Lowly Lighthouse. Bed 3 and 4 are to the rear. All have queen size double beds. Main bathroom has a shower and full size bath with separate vanity area with seperate toilet. Large front deck with secure glass fencing for those perfect mornings and sunsets. Add undercover fenced parking and you have the near perfect holiday destination. It will be quiet and for most stays you will see just a few people.
You will need to shop before you arrive. Whyalla or Port Augusta, there are no shops at Lowly. There is a council playground though!
