L'appartement se situe au 1er étage d'un immeuble (sans ascenseur) en centre-ville de Poitiers.

La remise des clés se fait en toute autonomie grâce à un système de point relais à proximité du logement, dans un bar tabac en face de la gare de Poitiers. Les horaires d'ouverture du point relais sont de 7h à 23h - 7j/7

Vous pourrez trouver de nombreux commerces à proximité du logement (épicerie, boulangeries, supermarchés, pharmacie, snacks...)
Il y a un grand marché tous les samedi matin à quelques pas du logement, sur la place Notre-Dame profitez-en !

La gare de Poitiers se situe à 5 min en voiture.
Le Parc du Futuroscope quant à lui est situé à environ 15 min en voiture.
