Located just 5 minutes by car from Poitiers city center and close to a large shopping area, it offers a convenient location, whether you are visiting for leisure or business.

The apartment is a bright one-bedroom (T2), thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing, turnkey stay. It features:

a pleasant living area with an open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen,

a cozy lounge area with a TV and a sofa bed,

a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or business trips.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom completes the apartment.

The apartment’s real highlight:
👉 a spacious south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying natural light throughout the day. With its many windows, the apartment benefits from excellent natural brightness and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

All that’s left to do is unpack and enjoy your stay.

Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week.

For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.

The apartment is located in a quiet residence close to all amenities.
You'll find plenty of shops close by (grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.). Poitiers city center is a 20-minute walk away.

Poitiers train station is a 10-minute drive away.
Parc du Futuroscope is about 15 minutes away by car.

No parties or events allowed in the apartment.

Please respect the neighborhood, especially regarding noise.

Kindly leave the apartment in a clean condition at check-out.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability, with a surcharge of €10 per hour.

A Tassimo coffee machine is available in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
