Really enjoyed our stay at Tuscany Estate. The room was fantastic, beautifully furnished. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you need. The only issue was that our tv wasn’t working properly and it was late so we decided not to call to get it fixed. The only other let down was that the Broke Back Bar was not open for service, which is a real shame because we were looking forward to sitting in front of the fire for some wine and small bites to eat. The breakfast restaurant was really good and very delicious. Highly recommend.

Bit disappointing for 4 star. Run down, no one answers phone. Breakfast was very ordinary and tasteless. Position of the hotel is the only thing that can make this hotel 4 star everything else is really old and run down.

The staff were very friendly & supportive. We enjoyed a lot & staff helped us lot. The breakfast was amazing. I will surely revisit this place for long time. Staff also recommended the Thomas winery which was also nice. Beautiful place to visit.

This was everthing we needed for attending our god-daughter's wedding. The saltaff were very friendly even after having to deal with a bad customer who complained about everything and went on about what he did for a job and how the place is ment to be a 4 star place.

The rooms are really run down, cracks and patches and stains throughout the paint work on the wal, timbers water damaged (doors, frames, skirting’s), furniture is super old (bed is very squeaky, damaged, stained). They also don’t do a thorough clean, cob webs everywhere even around the bed frame, dead bugs throughout, dust build up on surfaces that should really be wiped down in between customers, not sure when the last time the carpet was steamed. You need to do a balancing act to try to turn off the water, a millimetre out and the water won’t stop running. We paid an extra $50 per room for an earlier check in at 12pm because they need to ensure the rooms are prepared for our stay, not sure what cleaning and prep they did for the extra payment. The rooms are right next to each other but there’s hardly any soundproofing, we could hear next doors TV on all evening. And the worst part, the AC in our room was old so when we turned it on, being a bit more into the country there’s lot of bugs especially at night. They must have been hiding in the AC unit so once we turned it on it caused a disgusting bug infestation. The AC unit is right in front of the bed so, as you can imagine, it’s evening time after reception is closed, tiny little bugs covering the bed and everywhere else. Given that bugs are so prevalent in the area, I don’t understand why they don’t do a quick spray of the room after a guest has left then clean, just a generic spray from Woolworths or Coles, $5 bucks.

The restaurant staff were a little persistent with booking and preordering our breakfast, when we got there for a 8am booking food arrived at the table cold . Then when we didnt book for the following morning which they were again very persistent they were not impressed.

Stayed for 2 nights at Estate Tuscany. Considering I had read other "negative" reviews, I was really pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was especially as we had our beautiful dog with us and had a room that was perfect for us that she could go outside and run up the hill and back to the room. The room was spotless. Yes, it may need a little paint on walls, but bed was comfy, the bathroom products were the APPELLES range iand s what all 5 star hotels use so was a nice bonus. We met a couple staying with their 2 children and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy a bottle of wine together. Thank you to Megan who was so helpful with dining options due to the restaurant being closed. The Farm across the road was ideal for great food and Thomsons Wine was handy being next door for a great wine tasting! We would certainly stay here again! Regards Tan R

The property location is excellent. Within a walking distance is a beautiful vineyard, a great place for photos. There were a lot of kangaroos running around. The property itself is old and in need of much more care. The cleanliness was not so good, bathroom sink’s stained and not cleaned properly. Bathroom has a shower over a bathtub and I don’t know why they only do the glass panel half way so when I took shower water went out a lot and wet the floor. To make up for that shortcoming, there’re bathroom amenities and I like the shower gel which smells so good. The staffs were nice and helpful including the receptionist and the restaurant attendant. The breakfast was delicious even though there’re only 3 dishes in the menu so not many choices. Better bring some food along if you stay there on Mon and Tuesday since all restaurants there are close on those days. There’re neither fork nor spoon, only some coffee cups and glass, though you can find some coffee and tea sachets. I stayed only one night so there’s no big deal!
