Sleeping up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults), Montauk House features six spacious bedrooms across two levels, providing the ideal balance of togetherness and privacy for larger groups. Upstairs you`ll find four generously sized bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in robe and private ensuite, while two additional bedrooms downstairs are positioned alongside a separate rumpus room, creating a private retreat for guests.

The heart of the home is the light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, designed for entertaining and shared experiences. Gather for long lunches, evening drinks, or relaxed family dinners before stepping outside to enjoy the covered alfresco area, outdoor lounge spaces, and fire pit under the stars. For your convenience, firewood kits are available for purchase from reception, subject to availability.

Guests also enjoy access to The Vintage Resort facilities, including a lap pool, tennis courts, and gymnasium. The renowned Vintage Golf Club, award-winning wineries, cellar doors, restaurants, and local attractions are all just minutes away.

Best house on the block

We had an amazing weekend at Montauk House! House was spotless and so spacious for a group of 8. Only downside is, one of the rooms downstairs doesn’t have a fan or aircon and it would get quite hot at night. Other than that, would definitely be back again
