Beautiful Villa Zara Blu with pool

Located in the quiet place Briševo, just twelve kilometers from the historic center of Zadar, Villa Zara Blu offers an elegant and comfortable setting for a relaxing getaway. It is an ideal place to unwind, escape daily stress, and enjoy the Dalmatian sun and serenity.



The villa accommodates six guests in three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm). One or two additional guests can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. There are two modern bathrooms with showers, one of which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making longer stays more convenient.



The living room is spacious and cozy, with a television and direct access to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the day and night.



In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, there is a 32 m² swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi for extra relaxation. Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area, perfect for dining al fresco. Small pets are welcome with prior approval from the owner and a surcharge of €10 per day.



Zadar, just a fifteen-minute drive away, is rich in history and culture. Must-see sights include the Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun, the Church of St. Donatus, and the Roman Forum. The city is full of restaurants, cafes, museums, and scenic promenades.



Nearby beaches include the popular Kolovare Beach, family-friendly Borik Beach, and the peaceful sandy and pebble coves near Nin, offering clean waters and a relaxed atmosphere.
