This beautiful villa is located in a small Mediterranean village called Murvica, located near the city of Zadar. You have 11 km to the center and the airport. An ideal place for all those who want to be close enough to the city and the many beaches and yet have their privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Zadar is an ancient city built in the center of the Croatian Adriatic, full of historical and cultural heritage. This location offers peace with benefits of position just outside the city center. Everything is close from here - beach, historic architecture, restaurants, national and nature parks ... If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Zadar is the place for you. There are beach clubs, coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos.



Villa Dora has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and open living room and can accommodate 6 adults +1 child. All rooms are air conditioned, two of which have a double bed and the third room a bunk bed that can accommodate three children. The whole property is surrounded by a wall and offers complete privacy. In the courtyard you will find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and a covered barbecue with a dining area for preparing Dalmatian specialties. There is also a lounge area for morning coffee or evening cocktails and the villa also offers facilities for children.

Perfect villa

The villa is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. Spotless clean. Heated pool and big barbeque house. The owners were helpful and enthusiastic to make our stay as great as possible! Communication with them was quick and easy. Our group was 4 adults and 2 children and villa was comfort for everyone. The only downside is the distance to center and you need own car.
