Lovely location, service mediocre to poor

This apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. We also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and unlock the parking lot where we paid 20€ through the b&b to park our car the morning after our stay.

Pas de volets. salle de bain sale bonde de douche bouchée calcaire partout dans la douche porte vitrée non nettoyée Pas de changement de serviettes sur deux jours Emplacement bien mais escalier très pentu et étroit pas facile avec valise pas de petit déjeuner pourtant marqué sur réservation à 50 m dans un bar l hôtelier n a rien voulu savoir De plus il faut partir à 9.45 dernier délai. Bref nous ne conseillons pas cette adresse
