Wonderful villa in a panoramic area between Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare in a Mediterranean context of centuries-old olive trees and fruit trees. Large oval-shaped pool with solarium and deckchairs; nearby pergola with sofas and cushions to enjoy total relaxation both for reading a good book and for listening to music as the villa is equipped with sound distribution throughout the area, including the interior of the house. Outdoor shower with hot water for the pool. The villa consists of two levels. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a bathroom and a shower, and a spacious one with an en suite bathtub and shower, a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen overlooks the pool, with exit to a grape pergola, which frames the house, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner outside. The rooms have a view of the garden and pool. On the right side of the house, a small stone staircase leads to an area below with a large barbecue with stone sink and stove. Downstairs (but not basement) there are laundry rooms and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds; both rooms have a bathroom with shower and separate entrance. Polignano a Mare is 13 km from the villa, while Castellana Grotte is 3 km away. The nearest beaches are 15 km away in Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
The villa is also ideal for events and weddings.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will meet you the next day.
