The apartment is located on the first floor, on the right and it consists of a large entrance hall where we find the kitchen equipped with gas burners, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a comfortable peninsula with stools.

We also find a dining area equipped with table and chairs and a sofa bed, this room has access to a small balcony where there is an outdoor table with chairs, ideal for relaxing on sunny days.

On the left there is a corridor that leads to the sleeping area, first thing we find on the right a storage with laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer.

Right after there is a bedroom with two single bunk beds, a comfortable bathroom with shower and the bright master bedroom with a double bed is at the end of the corridor.
