The accommodation is located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare, about 100 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 200 m from Cala Paura beach and 450 m from the downtown and from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and it is equipped with A/C and fiber Wi-Fi.
Donna Carla is a seafront third floor apartment, equipped with a large living room with sea view, aircon, sofa bed, table with chairs and kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, induction plates, sink. There is also a small closed veranda with table and chairs, 2 double bedrooms with aircon, one with double bed, one with two single beds that can be set up as a double bed if needed, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the fourth floor there is a shared terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the downtown of Polignano a Mare. It is equipped with 2 sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, outdoor sitting area and outdoor shower.
The house has a private garage reserved for guests where comfortably park, very suitable for our guests with car, given the difficulty in finding free parking in the city-center of Polignano a Mare.
On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
