Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 140cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The patio doors open onto a large and spacious pool area, which is flat and tiled. Accessing the beach requires step access. The ground floor bedroom is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 118cm wide.
