Excellent home and location

Nestled between Placerville and the mountains at about 3000 feet sits this gem. The home is spacious and beautifully appointed. We had our Christmas here and it was the perfect setting. Between the rain, the fog, the seasonal temperature, and the short drive to the snow, it was perfect. The host communicated effectively and provided great information about the area. This is a perfect place for a mountain getaway.

This property was great! There were so many beds for people to sleep on. The house was great with multiple places for people to hang out. The large tub in the master was also great!

Oh my gosh, this place was incredible! We got married in Apple Hill and rented this property to stay for the weekend with friends and famkly and it was the perfect place!

It's a great place as long as you don't have mobility issues. Other than that the house was a promised and slept everyone we needed to perfectly!

Wonderful place

We rented the home for a conference we were attending. It was me and 7 of my work colleges. It was very nice, clean, and had plenty of room for all of us. No complaints. We also had a situation with a car and Ricardo was willing to extend our check out time to accommodate our problem. Very understanding and easy to work with! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
