Holiday Home 'Palazzo Archi 2A' with Pool & Wi-Fi
Located within the courtyard of a beautiful, completely renovated period building is 'Palazzo Archi 2A', a three-room flat elegantly furnished in modern style and suitable for up to four people.
The living area of the property located on the ground floor consists of a large open space with a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining room; it is completed by a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a second rollaway bed and a very spacious bathroom.
The outdoor spaces placed at the complete disposal of guests also include a nicely furnished portico overlooking the entrance and, at the back, a small covered terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.
This property has waste separation guidelines and a cot and high chair are also available on request.
Additional services include: internet connection, mega screen with Smart TV, Apple pc, tablet, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bed linen.
The complex has two lifts, green spaces, a solarium, a communal swimming pool with a lake view and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee) inside the carport.
The flat's excellent and central location is known for its proximity to first services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beaches, which are approximately 1km to 2.5km away and Verona Villafranca airport only 49km away. Polpenazze is a delightful village located in the heart of the Valtenesi valley just a few kilometres from Puegnago and Manerba del Garda, easily accessible by car, plane and train. Here, lovers of culture and nature will particularly appreciate: The Castle that continues to be part of the life of the community today housing the library and the offices of the municipality, the Church of Santa Maria that enjoys one of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda, long walks and hikes in the countryside, mountain bike tours and the lake with all its wonderful attractions. The hilly morphology makes this town the largest producer of olive oil in the Valtenesi, as well as the father of vines such as Gropello, Marzemino, San Giovese and Barbera. Every year the municipality celebrates the traditional Wine Fair, an event that attracts people from all over the Lake area and beyond.
