A very comfortable appartment with 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, full kitchen and a private bathroom. It offers air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, two wardrobe, new refrigerator and other kitchen equipment, a big balcony with unlimited sea view and a free private parking space. It also has big yard for family and children. Visitors will enjoy quiet and relaxing time.
It is located in Psakoudia, 400 metres from Psakoudia beach and 400 metres from Kaloeros beach with the Kaloeros bar. Psakoudia is a small village between two peninsulas of Halkidiki, Sithonia and Kassandra, 80m from Thessaloniki. It’s famous for the few kilometer long sandy beach with a yellow-golden sand. Nearby, there is the town of Ormilia with the well-known women monastery of 'Vatopedi' and other monasteries, as well as one of the most important antique cities in the north, ancient Olynthos. It is next to supermarket and with many restaurants, cafes and shops.
