In the hills above the coastal resort of Riva Ligure Pompeiana is a small medieval village surrounded by olive gardens, flowers, plants and vegetable gardens. In summer Mount San Bernardo provides Pompeiana with a wonderful cool breeze and in winter it offers protection from cold winter winds. The agro-tourism of Silvia and Nino is situated just outside the center of Pompeiana. Here there are palm, mandarin and lemon trees. The area consists of a few hectares, or about 15,000 m2. There is a small wine garden and vegetables and fruit are grown here as well. The owner has four apartments on the premises. The family loves to receive guests, so you will enjoy a warm welcome and are sure to receive truly excellent personal care. In the immediate environment you can enjoy the country life with lots of peace and quiet as well as fresh air. You can go riding, walking, cycling or drive to the sea, which is only 5 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Riva Ligure are nice and clean. The rocks around the beach are wonderful for sunbathing or diving in the clear blue Ligurian Sea. In Riva Ligure you can sail, surf or scuba dive.

L'angelo del mare means 'overlooking the sea'. This is a beautifully renovated (in 'marine style') rural house, with an area of approximately 65 m2. The house is painted with fresh and soothing white and blue colors. It sits on a large and extensive property and looks magnificently to the sunny south. There is a separate entrance, garden and parking lot. The living room with open kitchen is adjacent to the terrace and garden. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The house is suitable for 5 adults and a child. The terrace is equipped with furniture and a parasol. In addition to the house there is an area with a washing machine which you can use.

Pompeiana is situated between the cities of San Remo and Ventimiglia. The French Riviera is about 25 km away. In this area you will find many medieval villages worth visiting, such as Pigna and Dolce Aqua or the artists' village of Bussana Vecchia. Somewhere nearby everyday you can find a nice market: San Remo, Oneglia, Bordighera and on Friday the largest market of Italy in Ventimiglia. In summer, many villages hold outdoor events: music, dance and local delicacies. In Pompeiana there is a small supermarket, a good restaurant (Trattoria), a pharmacy and a garage. San Remo is a few kilometers away. One of its famous attractions is the big casino in the city center. San Remo has a lot of entertainment opportunities on the coast as well as in the city center. For nature lovers there is the extensive 'Alpi Liguri', a beautiful natural area through which the Roya river flows. Here you can go hiking, rafting, canoeing, horseback riding or cycling. On the coast there are numerous surfing, sailing and diving schools and wide boulevards with sunny terraces, restaurants and clubs.
