Elevator Door, only one on property.

ELEVATOR, doors wasnt working fast enough to let us out. My daughter panicked; claustrophobic. My daughter help pushed door open and hotel charged us for repair service!!

The rooms were nice, and modern. The fridge and microwave worked well. The desk chair is not high enough. At 6' my chest was at the top of the desk, with the chair in its highest setting, while trying to work. They also need to add more shower soap. The morning, I was able to have breakfast, all the coffee was gone by 7:30. Also, the ice machine on the ground floor was leaking water but was not working. They need to keep vigilant on human trafficking, as the room next to mine, they had a do not disturb sign for three days. There was either a lot of noise or nothing. Something was not right.

Check in was easy, and the staff was friendly. However, the first room we were put in was really dirty. The bathroom had someone else’s hair all over the floor and in the bathtub. The AC was leaking and the carpet was soaked next to the bed. Our second room was also dirty, with someone else’s hair. The mattresses were dirty with random stains. The carpet felt dirty, and after a short time walking around barefoot, our feet were almost black.. had to wear socks the entire time.The TV did not work and we had small children with us. The building was also very warm and stuffy. When we wanted to check out early to get on the road, the staff could not help us because we booked through a third party company (Expedia). When we are in town again, we will choose a different hotel to stay at.

Check in was amazing, Rahul helped us out after our daughter’s softball tournament was cancelled and we were able to check in early. He was very helpful with the area and we able to stay on the same floor as our softball family and they were able to enjoy hanging by the pool. The rooms were dated and bathrooms could use some updating but I’m sure these rooms get used by out of town workers and get worn out. I do recommend this hotel for comfort level on beds, we slept great.
