Direct oceanfront condo! Enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic from both the gorgeous master suite and the light and airy living room. Relax on the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the shrimp boats offshore, while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Walk the beautiful sandy beach and hear the crashing waves. Often surfers can be seen enjoying the surf and the bird life is amazing! It is also a turtle sanctuary.



Located on the property is a large, heated saltwater pool! This is as close to the ocean as you can get! This completely updated condo is located on the 6th floor perfect for beach views with an excellent vantage point! It is directly on the ocean unlike many other condos that have a pool blocking your view of the beautiful Atlantic. The unit sleeps 7. The condo is a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath accommodation. The master bedroom has a brand-new king bed with premium bedding and linens. The second bedroom is equipped with brand new queen over twin trundle bed. All furniture, mattresses and linens are brand new. The living room couch pulls out to a Full Sleeper. The furnishings are all brand new and tastefully decorated with a serene beach feel. Full size washer/dryer in unit, along with beach chairs and towels to use! Clean and crisp, this coastal condo is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy! 



**IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ** This is the ONLY building in Ponce Inlet, Southpoint Condominiums, that is permitted for short term stays of less than 28 consecutive days according to the Town of Ponce Inlet Ordinance. Rest assured this listing is permitted appropriately, and you can have peace of mind knowing your trip is not at risk of being canceled! The host was extremely responsive, the condo was wonderful. The amenities were well above average and very well maintained. We loved the extra little touches like binoculars to spot the dolphins in the mornings and great beach chairs for enjoying the afternoons. There were plenty of beach towels and good cooking options.

I have stayed at many places in Southpoint over the years this condo is my favorite. The condo is clean and very well taken care of with a beautiful beach view. Bree is an amazing host very prompt with any questions I had for her. Check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful oceanfront condo-5 star property

This condo was beautifully redone recently and just perfect on the inside! It was oceanfront and immaculate with beautiful beach my furnishings and comfy beds!! Everything we needed for a wonderful long anniversary weekend!Bree was a wonderful host and communicated with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed! The condo has chairs, beach towels, pack, and play all the beach toys you could need! The porch is beautiful and has new furniture and overlooks the Atlantic with the spectacular view! We will be back!!

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Bree made sure to think of everything (kitchen soaps, laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, floor fans). Since there is no ceiling fan in the spare bedroom the fans were a big welcome for people who love sleeping with one. Bree was so responsive throughout the process from start to finish. We were a bit hesitant to book since there were only a few reviews but there have been many who have stayed according to the guest book. If there was any hiccup it would be the ongoing repairs to the beach and building. I stayed in this building a year ago and there were a lot more painters and scaffolding outside the unit that we dealt with but Bree’s unit is in a section that is completed now. The beach does have large trucks delivering sand up and down the beach a ways. We only had to deal with it for a few hours before they stopped and since it was a Friday through a Sunday stay, they were not seen afterwards. There is a great outdoor restaurant within walking distance so we spent the day at the beach and literally just walked up to it without having to get dressed up. If you are looking for a stress free place, Bree’s unit is the place to rent.
