Nestled in the heart of the Rockies, this spacious home has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms; a perfect escape for groups and families. Surrounded by breathtaking peaks and endless adventure, it’s ideal for hiking, biking, or simply soaking in the serene mountain views. Inside, extra comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen create a welcoming retreat after a day outdoors. Outside, a bb-q pit, griddle, and a patio with seating and a fire pit offer a sweet spot to relax and enjoy family and friends. With plenty of room to recoup and connect, it’s more than a stay—it’s the backdrop for your next great adventure.

Allen House is a stacked duplex where our guests enjoy a fully private top floor. We live in the walk-out basement where we have our own entrance through the back yard. The laundry room is a shred space and has an interior door that closes and locks for your privacy, while we have access to the laundry room from the exterior door. The back yard and patio is for everyone to enjoy. We provide yard games, a large covered seating area, and a griddle for cooking outdoors.

**STAIRS** Top floor rental of a two story stacked duplex. There are stairs to all entrances. NOT appropriate for those who struggle with large stairs
Rental is on top floor of stacked duplex. Owners live in the basement with private entrance. The laundry room, back yard, and patio are SHARED SPACES
NOT appropriate for your pets. We have free range bunnies in the back yard. We LOVE our bunnies and want to keep them safe.
