    In drei Wochen kein Poolservice. Trotz reparierter KlÀrgrube bei Haus Nr. 10, 11, 13 etc ... ja nach Windrichtung prÀgnanter und ZischgerÀusche der KlÀranlage. Da die Rezeption nicht mehr auf der Anlage ist hat der Service und die Kundenbetreuung stark nachgelassen. Mit scheint das Interesse von E. an der Anlage hat nachgelassen. Der Waschtisch im oberern Stockwerk war kaputt und konnte nicht benutz werden.Trotz einiger kleiner MÀngel wegen Preis/Leistungsverh. empfehlenswert.

    Piscine sale à l'arriver, le technicien est passé deux fois en trois semaines et à notre demande bien sur. A part le filtre qu'il a nettoyé car la piscine était devenue verte d'algues, le fond est resté sale. 3 transats sur 6 de cassés ainsi que 2 chaises de jardin sur 6. Canapé tùché, recouvert de draps. Ménage avant notre arrivé moyen pas de sceau de ménage. Wifi payant contenu du prix de la location, c'est abusé. Sinon maison spacieuse et trÚs bien agencé. Cuisine trÚs bien équipée.

    Maison spacieuse, grande piscine agrĂ©able. Maison situĂ©e le long d'une route passante. Matelas des lits trop durs, trĂšs inconfortables. Aucune climatisation donc avec les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, bruit important de l'eau de la piscine et des voitures Ă  proximitĂ©. Pelouse non tondue, hautes herbes de 30cm de haut. Aucun matĂ©riel de base : pas d'Ă©ponge, de sac poubelle, de produits d'entretien, nous avions une serpilliĂšre sans balai brosse, aucun savon, gel douche...pas de container Ă  poubelle

    Un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able , on aurait aimĂ© un peu plus de calme , les engins thermiques d’entretien du golf sont beaucoup trop matinaux pour des vacanciers en recherche de silence , commencer Ă  tondre Ă  7h30 quasi quotidiennement ce n’est pas agrĂ©able. Sinon la rĂ©sidence est plutĂŽt agrĂ©able.

    La maison est particuliÚrement agréable, fonctionn

    Le matériel cuisine est comme à la maison. Chacun a son espace. Je recommande. Seul bémol la non communication entre Interhome et Estivel qui gÚre les maisons de ce fait a notre arrivée Estivel n'avait pas toutes les informations. Autre point négatif aucun entretien n'a été fait concernant le jardin et la piscine alors que cela est prévu. Malgré ces points négatifs la maison est trÚs agréable et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. La région est riche en découverte et activités.

    Wir sind jetzt zum 4. Mal dagewesen. An der Sauberkeit des Hauses gab es nichts auszusetzen. RegelmĂ€ĂŸige Poolpflege war zutreffend. Das Personal war einfach gut, es war deutlich sichtbar, daß Fachleute am Werk waren. Reisetipps: Mazamet ist fĂŒr Ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Ort mit viel GrĂŒn und Zeugen der Vergangenheit (Garn-Herstellung + Ledergerber). Es gibt zwei große Supermarkte (Leclerc und Auchan) Lidl + Aldi, Versorgung ist gut, Auto muss dabei sein.

    Wer Ruhe sucht findet sie hier. Wir waren jetzt das 5. mal hintereinander in der Anlage.Was schade ist, ist daß das Personal jedesmal ein anderes ist. Da das Personal kein Wort Deutsch spricht, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man etwas französisch spricht Reisetipps: Wer lĂ€ngere Fahrzeiten nicht scheut, findet in Carcasonne und Albi schöne AltstĂ€dte.Restaurants sind normaler Standard. SupermĂ€rkte in Mazamet und Castres sind gut zu erreichen

    Schönes Haus, gute Einrichtung, sehr ordentliche Betten.Poolpflege war nicht jede Woche, der Mitarbeiter konnte das ĂŒberhaupt nicht bei total belegter Anlage schaffen. Hier mĂŒĂŸte ein weiterer Mitarbeiter beschĂ€ftigt werden. Reisetipps: Castres und Albi sehr sehenswert und natĂŒrlich Carcasonne. Mazamet ist auch reizvoll (Leder und Garn Produktion) Restaurants gut bĂŒrgelich, SupermĂ€rkte Leclerc, Aldi, Lidl auch kleine GeschĂ€fte sind ausreichend vorhanden.

    Villa récente mais l'état extérieur était moyen (carrelage extérieur menant à la piscine qui se décolle recouvert de moquette verte imitation gazon, peinture sous la terrasse qui se craquelle avec le risque que cela tombe dans les assiettes). Il n'y a pas de climatisation et il fait trÚs chaud dans la chambre de l'étage.

    ... die Unterkunft war Gut,alles vohanden was KĂŒche betrift mit alle GerĂ€te,gutes Pool,GenĂŒgend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Einzieges nachteil helle Kautch also der mit Kindern reist muss ein wenig mehr auf Kids aufpassen sonst ist die Kautsch versaut und mannwill es ja nicht,leider keine Deutsche fersehsendungen,am sonsten voll okay. Reisetipps: Kleterwand mit seilrutchen,war mit meinen Sohn dort 13 jahre es hat ihm sehr gut Gefahlen,neben an ein See mit gute möglichkeit spazieren zu gehen,minigolf,restaurant.BrochĂŒre gibt es an Rezeption leider wird kein Deutsch geschprochen.Der See liegt 10 km richtung Carcasone berge hoch ist interesant dort.Wenn jemand zum Meer möchte sollte mit eine Fahrzeit von 1,45 h rechnen leider.Viel berge es gibt einiges zu sehen,fĂŒr Kinder weniger interesant.Erwachsene dagegen finden ihre Ruhe.

    Belle villa dans l'ensemble mais mérite une rénovation le mobilier et la télé trop vieux

    SystÚme de sécurité de ba de gammede la piscine est bon à changé un volet roulant serait mieux, oreillers a changé, une climatisation serait le bien venue, l'odeur des poubelles dehors
