Welcome to this large furnished house located in Pont-l'Abbé, just steps away from the town centre and shops, with an unobstructed view and direct access to the river at the bottom of the garden. Fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 travellers, it offers all the necessary comfort for a friendly stay with family or friends. You will enjoy a vast enclosed garden with a slide for children and a terrace fitted with a barbecue, ideal for summer meals. The cinema, restaurants, shops and Thursday morning market are accessible on foot. In the heart of the Pays Bigouden, you will be 10 km from the beaches and 11 km from the renowned La Torche surf spot.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, bright living area of approximately 65 m², open to the terrace and garden. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and Magimix capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 10 people, or enjoy the one on the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofas, in front of the television. A utility room is also available, with a sink, numerous storage cupboards, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.



The accommodation has 5 bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, is a master suite with direct access to the garden. It features a King Size bed (200x200 cm), a storage wardrobe, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The four other bedrooms are located upstairs; each is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and offers a view of the river.



On the first floor, there is also a second bathroom, with a shower and bathtub, a table football and a workspace, ideal for working from home.
