Perfectly located to City Centre

Love going back to our ancestral roots in São Miguel! João and Teresa are very kind, pleasant and friendly hosts. Both provided recommendations of favourite restaurants, and suggested that we connect to WhatsApp for easy communication. 2Stay is perfectly located, walking distance to all amenities, 15 minute walk to "Portas da Cidade" the city centre. 2Stay has all the basic amenities required...steak knives would be nice for a steak dinner! The pool is an awesome feature! Excellent for a morning swim, or a evening swim, to unwind or cool down after a long hot sightseeing day! We didn't get to enjoy drinks or meals on the patio due to the broken table. João was aware of broken table, but indecisive on his next move. The dirty drain issue was uninviting, João was also notified and shown the drain issue. Was a little disappointed with the cleaning scheduled of our place. We stayed at 2Stay for 29 days, cleaning was scheduled for every 10 days. It would have been nice to have the place cleaned weekly, and fresh towels provided twice weekly, as noted and written on the house rules! The shower stall a "personal space" needs a deep cleaning! Removal of the mildew and mold on shower door and lower tiles. With features of being in a great location, a pool, a beautiful back yard with outdoor cooking facilities, 2Stay has the feeling and the amenities of a small resort! 2Stay has potential of being rated a 5 star accommodations! Looking forward to returning to São Miguel soon!
