The location what great. It was a 3 minute walk to the ocean and Avenue where all the night life. I was disappointed with the room and service. It was very difficult to contact the owner. When I had a question the response was not quick. The A/C in the bedrooms didn't work and I contacted them 3 seperate time and it never was fixed. The mattress where not good. I woke up with back pain everyday, actually all 6 of us who stayed complained of the same issue. Alot of small maintenance issues, when it rained water leak in the main bedroom area, sink faucet leaked water. The unit needs some love and care. Would take much to bring it up to 5 stars. On a positive note, they changed our towels twice a week or more if we wanted. Very nice place just needs some maintenance. Would stay again.
