The hotel is well located but unfortunately someone stole a my personal bag from inside the room and no one in the hotel was able to have a word or try to find it. Very disappointed.

Wir mussten über 4 Stunden auf das Zimmer warten, man hat sich nicht bemüht. Das Zimmer war aber nicht gründlich gereinigt, der Ablauf im Bad war verstopft und die Toilettennspühlung hat auch unter Corona gelitten. In der Bar steht Wein auf der Karte, den es gar nicht im Glas zu kaufen gibt. Er wird aber trotzdem verkauft und verrechnet, es ist ja der teuerste auf der Karte, So verdient man sein Geld auf Kosten der Gäste sehr einfach. Hauswein zu 4 Euro auszuschenken und 6 Euro zu verlangen und auch noch auf der Rechnung auszuweisen, braucht schon eine echte Portion Frechheit. Wir fühlten uns auf jeden Fall recht betrogen. Ohne den Hinweis des Chef de Service hätten wir es nicht bemerkt. Der entspr. Kellner hat sich dann persönlich bei uns entschuldigt, nur er kann ja nichts dafür, das Management scheint hier systematisch die Gäste irre zu führen. Wir empfehlen die Azoris Royal Garden Kette auf gar keinen Fall.

Caro Rolf, I would like to thank you for sharing with us your opinion after staying with us. We do regret that we didn't achieve all your expectations. We are surprised your mention the check in took so long because in our records you checked in at 3:00 pm (the normal hour) at the same time on a group arrival and you had preference at the line. It was also with great pleasure that we upgraded you to an executive room for free. As for the wine situation, we trully sorry for the inconvenience and the situation was explained by our Restaurant Chef and we have offered a bottle of chardonay wine that you ended up refusing. It's important to us know what have been the guests experiences as it will allow us to measure our work, make improvements and changes on our daily performance. Super hôtel! Petite surprise en chambre le jour de mon anniversaire 😁 Tout petit bémol… le prix des capsules de café en chambre: 2€ la capsule! A part ça rien à dire!
