Fantastic staff!! Absolutely the best! Super helpful and friendly - and further bolstered by Mr Host, the house cat.!. He’s very handsome and friendly! We arrived late and the receptionist stayed 30 min late to help us find the hotel and also the parking garage. The location is great - everywhere in the city is walkable. The room was quiet, clean and large! We had a fantastic 3-night stay.

What an absolute gem of a property. All of the staff we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. The rooms and common areas, clean and modern - the communication, first-rate. The hotel is on a fairly busy street so there was some road/traffic noise however that’s hardly the fault of the hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer however sadly, they were fully booked.

Great hospitality experience! Staffs are very helpful and friendly! They allowed early check-in for us so that we’d have some rest from our long flight. We love their breakfast, cleanliness, and ambiance! The only issue we had there was the shower door that didn’t close very well and caused some leaks on the floor. But they provided us with extra towels to keep our bathroom floor dry.

I loved everything about my stay at Casa da Galeria. The location in Ponta Delgada is perfect and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, modern, and clean. But what puts them over the top is their service. They helped us with directions, arranged taxis, and generally made sure we had everything we needed on our stay. I would highly recommend it!

This is a great place to stay if you prefer being in the heart of the city. The friendly staff were welcoming, assisting with any questions I had about the facility or Ponta Delgada. This is wonderful small and modern boutique hotel, with 9 well appointed suites. The location was excellent being a short walk to restaurants, shops, museums, gardens and the harbour. An tasty hot breakfast was served to the room each morning. All this was topped off with a friendly and helpful staff that was happy to help you before and during you stay. I can't imagine a better accommodation experience.

Honestly, the best property I’ve stayed at! I was blown away every single day. Superb property, each staff member was kind, helpful and friendly. I felt like part of a family. The experience was great from before we got there to after we left. The staff at Casa da Galeria is amazing! They are super friendly and professional. They will answer any questions you have or help you with anything you need. They were proactive even before we got there. Their breakfast is amazing. You order what you want to eat every day and they come right on time. They even packed us a bag of stuff since we were leaving for the airport early. They have a tiny parking garage for 3 cars but there are other parking spots nearby for free and for a fee. We had no problem finding a spot for 5 days we were there. The rooms have all the amenities you need. Overall, it was great staying here and we would stay here again. Highly recommended!! Beatriz, Marlene, Liliana and Pedro, THANK YOU!

A well-designed, well-equiped and comfortable studio appartment. A friendly and well-organised team run the property with great attention to detail. The breakfasts are great and the location is ideal for the local bars and restaurants. I can wholeheartedly recommend Casa da Galeria!
