Place appears newly renovated, with fairly good quality materials and large rooms.
Location is close to the town core - about a 10-15 minute walk. Immediate area is of older less well kept buildings and perhaps these will also participate in restoration over time - we did not feel uncomfortable walking the area, but did experience street noise, particularly the front bedroom and living room. Parking lot about 50m away for 1 Euro per 24 hours that was convenient vs street parking. Ad posting notes dishwasher (not so) and king beds (not so from a North American perspective - perhaps this is considered king for European, as we would call them queen). Ad also noted exterior furniture for the terrace and none was on site - owner was quick to install a basic table and 6 chairs when we asked for it. Living room area is large and could use some more furniture (we brought down a chair from a bedroom to add to the couch so 4 of us could relax in the LR). Sleeps 4 comfortably, but 6 adults would not work as laid out. We did notice a slight smell (sewer?) from the main floor 2 piece bath and left the door closed and fan on to keep it at bay which worked. Some good meals were had in the immediate area at small local venues. Owners were quick to respond with requests, and with a bit more attention to detail on amenities/furnishing, this review would be higher.
