The hotel is very beautiful, modern and green.Yet, the best part were the people working there. Especially the receptionist was outstandingly nice and helpful. She really warmed our hearts and made our stay even more enjoyable and amazing! The hotel reacts very uncomplicated to special requests and has an easy-going, relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

Pros: zentrale Lage
Cons: Schulung des Personals, Lärmreduktion im Speisesal und im Flur
Location: Nordküste, Strand, Wanderungen, Golf
Bereits beim Einchecken scheiterte unser Versuch, ein freunliches Klima zu schaffen. Und der unfreundliche Eindruck blieb die ganze Woche vom Speisesaal über die Reception bis ins Zimmer.

Rauhallinen hotelli, siisti ja viihtyisä

Pros: Siisti, asiallinen ja leppoisa hotelli. Mukavan viileä ulkoallas ja toimiva sisäallas. Tilaa on - ei yhtään ruuhkaa.
Cons: Jotain pientä ihmetyttää: Aamupalalta ja huoneesta ei ollut merinäköalaa. Uima-altaalle pitää mennä pääaulan kautta. Huonessa ei ollut toimivaa jääk
Location: Upea ranta kävellä itään ja länteen. Leppoisa ja rauhallinen. Kävely keskustaan vain kapeaa autotietä. Bussiasema vieressä.
Hienot 2 viikkoa - tekeminen ei loppunut ja rauhoittuakin ehtii. Kaikki vuodenajat todellakin samana päivänä.

Pros: La propreté des chambre, le petit-déjeuner copieux
Cons: Le mobilier est vieillissant, l'hôtel est sans âme.
Location: Idéalement situé pour visiter l'île mais il n'y a pas grand chose à faire le soir à proximité immédiate.
J'ai passé une semaine passée au mois de novembre dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel se trouve à à peine 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Ponta Delgada et est très bien situé pour visiter l’île. Lors de mon arrivée en pleine nuit l'accueil s'est très bien déroulé ainsi que lors de mon départ tôt le matin. Un grand parking est à disposition et il y a la possibilité de louer une véhicule directement à l'hôtel à des prix semblables à ceux pratiquer ailleurs. Je conseille d'ailleurs cette solution pour ceux qui arrivent tard, prendre un taxi depuis l'aéroport et louer une voiture le lendemain.
