Appartement situé près de plusieurs commodités donnant accès sur un boulevard, ce qui peut être bruyant à certains moments. Par ailleurs, propre et convevable pour nos besoins. Le stationnement devant l'immeuble est souvent occupé, mais il y a des places disponibles à quelques minutes de marche.
